Leaving no detail unturned, ROAR’s customer service maven, Elese Rose is a perfectionist in every way. Elese came to ROAR excited to be part of a salon that delivers the caliber of customer experience that matches her own expectations.

As Salon Director, Elese oversees the day-to-day management and reputation of the salon from managing the customer engagement program to the front desk staff, business development, and marketing.

A natural at remembering client names and inquiring about family, jobs or latest adventures, Elese loves to build strong relationships with each client who walks through the door at ROAR. Elese is also committed to building strong relationships with the salon’s Kerastase representatives so clients at ROAR can be sure that the products and techniques used during their time in the salon are top of the line.

“The best salons are known for combine superior talent with a stellar, high-touch approach to personalizing the customer experience and that is definitely true at ROAR,” says Elese. “We have the perfect salon DNA at ROAR and I am so excited to be part of a team that is driven to constantly be at our best for every client who visits with us.”

While working in a small-town salon at a young age, Elese loved to witness the excitement and satisfaction that she saw on the faces of clients leaving the salon after service and knew that she wanted to continue being part of that feeling.

Originally from Huntsville, Elese moved to Austin five years ago and quickly became involved in the service and style industry. Having worked at top restaurants in Austin where she frequently encountered celebrity guests like Lance Armstrong and Reese Witherspoon, Elese came to understand the importance of maintaining a high-level of customer service as the standard. Elese continued to hone her client relation and business skills while working at Bradz and Jose Luiz salons in town.

“I love that my right hand woman fully embraces all that is fantastic about Austin. Elese has the ability to tackle a red carpet event for ROAR with smooth grace and then turn right around and produce an intimate, private affair for the most opulent wedding party,” says Salon Owner, Rory McNeill. “With her expectation for success, there is nothing that Elese can’t pull off and we are thrilled for her to be leading the team at ROAR.”

Elese loves being an Austinite, and when she’s not at ROAR you might find her vintage shopping at Feather’s, gardening, cycling or eating Sunday morning breakfast tacos at Villa’s Taco Shack.
