As a rising star in the style industry, Matthew Redden recently packed up his bags and headed to Austin to join ROAR Salon. A native Houstonian, Matthew was born with an eye for fashion, a sense of impeccable taste and a passion for theatre. Recently noted as the only hair stylist amongst Modern Luxury Magazine's "sexy seven" in Houston, Matthew is known for having clientele who range from prominent corporate executives to some of the most visible socialites in the city.
Brian Rowland has been a premier Austin colorist for over 12 years, with a career that has seen him employed at two top Austin salons over that time period. As soon as he heard that old friend and colleague, Rory McNeill, had returned to Austin with a vision for a new urban salon, Brian could not wait to join him in establishing ROAR as the destination for fabulous hair.
As a colorist with a deep love for Austin, Brian thinks that ROAR is a great addition to the city because of its uncompromising sense of beauty, professionalism and fun.
A native Austinite, Emily Mayes was born to style hair. With clients ranging from top executives to stylish women about town, many would say that getting a hair cut from Emily may very well be an addiction.
With over 9 years of experience as a stylist, Emily most recently transformed manes at Jacques Dessange Salon in Davenport Village where she was one of the most sought after stylists on staff. While she loved the clientele and the salon, she was ready for something new and exciting -- and ROAR was waiting for her!
When it comes to color and style for her clients, Briana Clark is a perfectionist on a mission. Briana is known for exceeding the expectations of her diverse set of clientele, as she seamlessly transitions between a wide range of styles. From effortlessly customizing a natural look to creating va-va voom stage hair for musicians and artists, Briana consistently achieves amazing results.
Leaving no detail unturned, ROAR’s customer service maven, Elese Rose is a perfectionist in every way. Elese came to ROAR excited to be part of a salon that delivers the caliber of customer experience that matches her own expectations.
As Salon Director, Elese oversees the day-to-day management and reputation of the salon from managing the customer engagement program to the front desk staff, business development, and marketing.
